Co-Founder Conflict Disruption
Are you ready to go from stuck to productive?
When Co-Founders come to me, they are often in crisis or stuck in conflict patterns they can’t get out of with the tools and know-how they currently have in their toolbox.
The Co-Founder Conflict Disruption Program is a 8-week 1 : 1 coaching intensive for co-founders who are ready to do the work.
You will learn the tools and skills you need to transform your relationship to conflict and power struggles right now.
The Program
This Co-Founder coaching program is for you if:
You want to move forward, but what you’ve been doing isn’t working and you want an outside perspective
Some trust has been lost between you two along the way, either a little or a lot
One or both of you has thought about ending the relationship or wondered if that might be a possibility
One or both of you is attempting or wanting to micro-manage the other
One or both of you expects to be included in every decision, and you have reactions when you’re not
You’ve structured the work so that you don’t have to deal with one another, but this isn’t serving the business’s growth
You’re ready to invest the time and energy in changing how you relate to your co-founder to make disagreements productive
You are ready to take radical self-responsibility for your role in co-creating the difficult dynamics between the two of you.
Some things that are hard for Co-Founders to talk about are:
How much equity someone should get
Who has decision making power over what
Who “looks” more powerful to outside stakeholders
When one of you has constructive feedback about the others’ performance
When you disagree on roles and responsibilities or how to structure the organization
When one of you disagrees with the other in front of important stakeholders
In This Program, You Will:
Learn tools that will translate into actions you can take to dramatically improve how you and your co-founder navigate disagreements
Rebuild trust between you and your co-founder so that you can make better decisions and feel that you’re on the same team again
Get clear about how you balance power between the two of you and what gives you influence with one another
