"65% of start-ups fail because of co-founder conflict. "

FAQs
We are interested, but not ready to spend $16,000?
It’s a big commitment to spend this much on improving your co-founder relationship. I really get that. I’d encourage you to see it as one of the most important investments in your company’s long term success. The first step to get to know each other, and see if we are a good fit, is a FREE 30 min intro call, you can schedule that here.
Is 8 weeks really enough time for us to change?
As with anything in life, you will get out of the program as much as you put into it and it’s not just about what you do in our sessions but it’s really how much effort you are willing to put into practicing the tools between and in our sessions. Co-founders who full engage with the tools this way get the most out of the program and see change after 8 weeks.
Can I participate in the program solo?
Absolutely. I believe difficult relationship dynamics are co-created. You can learn a lot about how you show up with your co-founder and what you can do to improve the situation, even if your co-founder doesn’t attend the program with you.
What if we aren’t having conflict yet, but we want to learn tools to prevent future problems?
I love working with co-founders who want to set their relationship up for success when it comes to navigating conflict. This program will teach you the tools you need to do that.
What’s your cancellation or refund policy?
If we meet for our first program session and it’s just not feeling like a fit for you, for whatever reason, I would be willing to cancel our contract and let you out of any further financial obligation beyond the cost up until that point ($2,000). You are welcome to cancel our agreement 48 hours before the initial assessment session for a full refund. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged for the initial assessment session ($2,000).
